Terms of Use

Fasted (the "App"), by Ben Basha ("we", "us"). Effective June 23, 2026.

By downloading or using Fasted, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Health disclaimer

Intermittent fasting is not appropriate for everyone. Do not start a fasting routine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a history of disordered eating, diabetes, or any medical condition affected by fasting, without first consulting a qualified healthcare provider. The information shown in the App, including metabolic stages, is general and may not reflect your individual physiology. Use the App at your own discretion and stop if you feel unwell.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

Purchases

The core timer, the 16:8 plan and every widget are free. Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks the additional fasting plans, deeper insights on the later fasting stages, and your full fasting history. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can restore a previous purchase from within the App.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App: do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt it beyond what the law allows, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of the App. Your use of fasting features is your own responsibility.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules.
